Copper & Cask 8-Year Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey Batch 014

Big flavor meets patient craft. Batch 014 blends 19 MGP bourbon barrels, featuring mash bills that range from 21% to 36% rye for layered spice and depth. Here’s the twist. After eight years, the blend was re-casked into new American Oak Wave Stave barrels for at least ten months to amplify caramel, toast, and texture. It roars at 60.1% ABV (120.2 proof), yet it drinks composed—sweet oak, fruit candy, and warm baking spice ride over a dry, gently charred backbone. Add a drop of water. Aromas broaden, cinnamon brightens, and the double-oak polish turns velvet.
